The ground floor of the house consists of a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette and a dining area, an entrance hall, a dressing room, a pantry with access to an underground cellar, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room there is access to the outdoor terrace. Upstairs there are four rooms, one of which has a balcony, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The house is sold including the existing equipment. 

The original building includes a machine and carpentry shop, a two-car garage and an uninsulated attic that can be converted into living space. Before entering the homestead, near the orchard, there is a cellar for storing fruit. 

The standards include plastic and wooden windows, tiles and floor heating on the ground floor, wooden floor and radiators on the upper floor, heat pump, own well, electrical connection and electronic security system with connection to the central protection desk. The house is completely insulated. The swimming pool has sand filtration. 

The homestead is located a 2-minute drive from the village of Mezná itself, 10 minutes from Soběslav and the entrance to the D3 or 22 minutes from the district Tábor. You can get to Soběslav from the village center in 10 minutes by bus. There is a football and netball field in the village, and a swimming pool, winter stadium, fitness center and a number of other sports facilities in Soběslav. In addition, the surroundings have a number of natural and historical monuments.
