The apartment consists of living room with kitchenette with access to the balcony, two bedrooms, an entry hall, a bathroom and a toilet. Residents of the apartment can use a common pram and parking is available in front of the house, in the blue zone of Prague.

The interior was designed by a well-known and talented czech designer.
