The Na Výsluní residential project is located in a beautiful and safe environment of the village Strančice with a rural atmosphere, twenty-six kilometers southeast of the center of Prague and six kilometers south of the town of Říčany. The project offers in three stages a total of 41 elegantly designed family houses with their own garden and 48 spacious apartments. Each of the houses has access through a garden gate to a private park. The completion date of the 1st stage is planned for December 2021.

Directly in the village there are restaurants, shops, pastry shop, a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports. Families with children will certainly appreciate the kindergarten and the modernly equipped primary school with extended foreign language teaching. Other civic amenities are also available in nearby Říčany. In addition to trips to the surrounding countryside, you can spend your free time on the local Pony farm Zelené údolí or visit the Aquapark Aquapalace Čestlice, 12 km away. Other frequent recreational destinations are the Ondřejovská Observatory, the Sázava River, or the Velké Popovice Brewery, to which you will be taken by the historic railway siding.

Excellent accessibility by car, 5 minutes on the D1, 9 minutes to the Prague ring road, 10 minutes to Říčany, 20 minutes to the center of Prague. From the train station, a 7-minute walk away, there is a connection to the center of Prague every 30 minutes.
