Business Garden Stefanikova

Bratislava Stefanikova street is known mainly as a traffic route in the city. There is excellent access to the city center as well as direct connections to the highway D1 and D2. Near the street, there are the diplomatic quarter, many banks, offices and government institutions. Therefore, the new modern building Business Garden Stefanikova that was built in here created a place that serves as a connection of all of this.

Building Business Garden has the unique character thanks to its design. The aim was to create a luxurious modern building in the city center, which would naturally fit into the historical part of Bratislava. The building was extended towards the courtyard, and to the existing underground two additional basement floors were added. Thanks to that, many parking spaces were created. 

There are other historic buildings beside the Business Garden. The unifying element, became therefore a parter in 6^th storey, which was created from the original roof. This helped to an elegant interconnection of different types of buildings.

Business Garden Stefanikova provides 3 underground and 9 aboveground floors and promises the possibility of creating open space offices or the separate office units to the tenants. There is a terrace on the top 9^th floor, with beautiful views of the city, Bratislava Castle, and the Presidential garden. For smokers, there is also a smoking terrace. In addition to the underground garage parking, we can also find bike racks, cloakroom, or even a shower. There is also a new reception at the main entrance.
